The DIFC recently released Consultation Paper No. 3 of 2008 (on 18th June 2008) regarding proposals to set up a legal and regulatory framework to enable super wealth bracket families to set up Single Family Offices (SFOs) in the DIFC. MM Views take a look at the proposed changes.
